The Tower Bridge Experience offers you the opportunity to explore Tower Bridge as a living monument to London's past, through videos, interactive displays and individual exhibits. Waltz across the high-rise walkways on the spectacular new glass floor while watching the capital – St Paul’s Cathedral, Canary Wharf, maritime Greenwich as well as The London Eye – from the lofty heights of this celebrated Victorian bridge.Also not to be missed are the Victorian Engine Rooms, where you will encounter the original steam engines that once raised the bascules of the bridge. The sounds and smells will transport you back in time,
while a fascinating virtual bridge lift reveals how the bascules still rise today to let ships pass beneath the walkways. To complete your experience, an exhibition created in partnership with Southwark Arts Forum and by artists in the local community explores the theme of ‘Tides of Change’.

Yes, Tower Bridge is fully accessible. There is lift access taking visitors to all levels in the Towers and Engine Rooms, although our lifts will only be available for those who require them. This means all visitors can enjoy Londonu2019s defining landmark safely. Accessible toilets are also available once inside.
We operate a 100% searching policy meaning all bags are subject to search on arrival. We allow shoulder bags and backpacks with maximum dimensions 45 x 35 x 20 cm. Suitcases, wheeled bags and oversize items will not be allowed in the Bridge.rnrnPlease note as our visitor experience involves leaving Tower Bridge to walk to the Engine Rooms, your bags will be subjected to a second search.
Glass items such as bottles are not permitted near the Glass Floors for health and safety reasons.

War ein super Erlebnis. Mir hat am besten der maschinenraum und die Glasböden gefallen. Wir mussten auch nicht lange anstehen.
