Due to the historic nature of the site we do not have lifts or ramps available at our location. To enter the vaults guests must be able to climb a 2 foot tall step followed by a winding staircase. Due to the walking pace and the terrain, the tour may not be suitable for those with any walking difficulties. Feel free to enquire for more information or to discuss any specific queries.
No, animals are not allowed on our tours except for assistance animals such as guide dogs.
