Any changes to times or dates made within 7 days of the date of your experience starting may not be possible and may incur rebooking charges. This also includes gift vouchers and pre-paid vouchers. Prior to the 7 days, any changes to another date can be requested via masterclass@fiftysixnorth.co.uk All experiences once booked and paid for are non-refundable. We do however offer changes to another time or date prior to 7 days cut off for changes. Stag & Hen parties - We only allow these groups as private bookings or via discussion with us prior to booking public session times. If you are purchasing a public session time and have not disclosed the nature of your group to us, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the session (non-refundable) as there are others booked at the same time. We always ask you to contact our team at masterclass@fiftysixnorth.co.uk for assistance before making any purchases, making it clear you are a stag or hen group and we can advise further. - Non-attendance at your experience is non-refundable - We reserve the right to refuse entry to 56 North and/or participation in any experience under Scottish Licensing Laws. We always operate responsible service of alcohol to our guests. Any guest who is refused entry and/or participation in any experience will not be refunded. All experiences are for strictly guests over 18 years old. We operate "Challenge 25" so if you are lucky enough to think you look under 25 years old we do require ID. We recommend guests to bring either a valid photo driving license or photo passport to avoid any issues
